The Urban County Program, on behalf of City of Palmview, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with S& B Infrastructure, LTD. (highest ranked firm), in the amount of $28,900.00 for the Urban County Program Year 21 (2008) & Year 22 (2009) Street Improvements in the City of Palmview (Precinct No.3 area).

Hidalgo County Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct # 3 is requesting authorization to approve an Interlocal Agreement with City of Palmview for the overlay of streets in the Tierra Linda Subdivision located south of Expressway 83 and west of Green Road. Hidalgo County Precinct No.3 will utilize Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) and Year 22 (2009) Palmview recaptured street improvement funds.

Requesting authorization for the 2010 Census Hidalgo County Complete Count Committee to process and submit partnership support grant applications to the U.S. Census Bureau and receive federal financial assistance for the purchase of promotional material for the 2010 Census (there are no local matching funds required for this program).
