NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

A. Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to lowest bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No. 09-022-11-04 "Hauling of Dirt with an Option to Load" (International Materials).
B. Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to multiple bidders meeting all required specifications for Bid No. 09-023-11-04 "Hauling Services for Gravel/Sand and/or Crushed Caliche."

A. Request approval of Change Order No. 4 on the Contract with Longhorn Excavators, Inc. for the Construction of Mission Levee Improvement Project -Inspiration Rd. to Abram Rd. (3.91 miles).
B. Request approval of Change Order No. 5 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Mission Levee Improvement Project-Banker Weir to Inspiration Rd. (3.74 miles).
C. Request approval of payment of Invoices to L&G Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Segments:
1. DHS 0-4A Invoice 7542
2. DHS 0-4C Invoice 7543
3. DHS 0-6A Invoice 7544
4. DHS 0-7A Invoice 7541
D. Request approval to process manual checks to L&G Engineering on the above mentioned projects pending the approval of the County Auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
B. Request approval of Change Order No. 5 on the Contract with Ballenger Construction Company for the Construction of Mission Levee Improvement Project-Banker Weir to Inspiration Rd. (3.74 miles).
