NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda

A. Discussion, consideration, and authorization to maintain TCDRS plan provisions for Plan year 2010.
B. Public hearing to consider public comments regarding the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Water Facility Plan. Presentation will consider the status of the project plan and will evaluate the reuse of surface / sub-surface runoff and shallow groundwater captured by the District's existing and/or additional drainage facilities for beneficial uses within Hidalgo County.
B. Public hearing to consider public comments regarding the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 Water Facility Plan. Request approval to rescind action on Drainage District #1 Agenda Item 10 B. from July 14, 2009 relating to Supplemental Agreement 9 to Work Authorization 6 on North Banker Floodway Levee Improvement Project.

Requesting approval to surplus and remove from the District's Asset list: Asset # 15349 1968 Hyster Lowboy.
