The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $8,845.00 utilizing Year 21 (2008) funds for the Street Improvements project to include testing for the overlay & 6 new concrete valley gutters to Pacific Ave., Avenida Ave. Lopez St., Roberts St., Gonzales St., Murio St., Frederick St. and Bowers St. within the City of Edcouch.

The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract with Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $2,659.00 utilizing Year 21 (2008) funds for the Water/Sewer Improvements project to include testing to the water standpipe located within the City of Edcouch.

The Urban County Program, on behalf of City of Peñitas, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with SAMES, Inc. (highest ranked firm), in the amount of $35,089.65 for the Urban County Program Year 22 (2009) Street Improvements in the City of Peñitas.
