NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Administration Building, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Approval of Consent Agenda
4.
Recommending award of bid and approval of contract to the lowest bidder meeting all required specifications for Bid No. 09-025-12-17 "Rehabilitation Improvements and Repairs for Various Weirs-Phase I On North Main Drain and South Main Drain" (McAllen Construction, Inc.)
5.
Requesting approval of budget amendment from the District's General Fund to fund the above mentioned project.

A. Request approval to cancel and terminate Bid No. 09-018-09-02 "Sale or Exchange of Surplus Land" due to mutual mistake.
B. Pursuant to the Board of Director's approval to cancel and terminate Bid No. 09-018-09-02, request approval to re-advertise for Bid No. 10-001-01-23 "Sale or Exchange of Surplus Land".
