NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners' Court will be held at Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. The County of Hidalgo Urban County Program (UCP) is disclosing that Santos Villarreal, who has applied for Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation housing assistance, is the cousin of the Disaster Recovery Program Intake Clerk II, Angelita Ramos.
 
B.
The Urban County Program is requesting the award of bids and approval of contract for the demolition and reconstruction of the following:

1. (1) Unit in the Countywide area in the amount of $47,400.00 to Rigney Construction & Development.

2. (1) Unit in the City of San Juan, (1) unit in the City of Edcouch, (1) unit in the City of Progreso and (2) units in the City of Weslaco in the amount of $243,510.00 to G & G Contractors.

As requested by County Judge's Office and pursuant to Article 3.02, requesting an additional extension (to 7-31-12), for the current agreement between Hidalgo County and Paul Vazaldua, d/b/a, Vazaludua and Associates for Consulting Services for Energy Efficiency Strategy Conservation" as the County underestimated the time required for consultant to complete the task given the delays on the part of the County to provide necessary information.
