BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 18 day of September A.D., 2012, there was begun and held a SPECIAL MEETING of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers, 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

All members of the Court were counted present, with the exception of Commissioner Flores and Commissioner Quintanilla.

AI -34228 Approval of Contract for Election Services Between Hidalgo County and Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 in accordance with that certain Interlocal Cooperation Agreement dated September 20, 2005
On motion by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4 JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2 HECTOR PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 3 - 0 - Unanimously

AI -34184 A. Requesting approval to rescind action taken on September 11, 2012, agenda item no. 34067.
On motion by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4 JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2 HECTOR PALACIOS , the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval to rescind.
Vote: 3 - 0 - Unanimously
B. Requesting approval to accept bids and award Agreement to (2) two bidders meeting all specified requirements for RFB No. 12-014-07-25 "Stone Rip Rap Material-Weir No.2 Repairs"
On motion by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4 JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2 HECTOR PALACIOS , the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote to approve Avila Stone @ $38.00 per ton and Allied Aggregate @$38.64 per ton.
Vote: 3 - 0 - Unanimously
On motion by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4 JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2 HECTOR PALACIOS , the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval to rescind.
