NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion byCOMMISSIONER, PCT. 1 A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded byCOMMISSIONER, PCT. 2 HECTOR PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote to approve the Drainage District Consent Agenda.
Vote: 3 - 0 - Unanimously
City of Mission - propose to place a 15" sanitary sewer line within HCDD1 ROW 1,893' north of FM 495 between Moorefield Rd. & Inspiration Rd.
City of Hidalgo -
A. Propose to place 4"PVC SDR26 Force Main w/12"x3/8"x70.2 L.F. steel casing line within HCDD1 ROW South Floodwater Channel
B. Propose to place 8"PVC C900 DR18 water line w/16"x3/8"x71.2 L.F. steel casing within HCDD1 ROW of South Floodwater Channel

Drainage District #1 Board are now hereby adjourned.
