NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 1 A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 4 JOSEPH PALACIOS, the Court moved to approve the Drainage District Consent Agenda (without concerns) and to approve the Order (Item #4 Regular Agenda) authorizing the sale of Dickerson and Aguilar Ponds.
Vote: 4 - 0 - Unanimously
A. Approval of invoice #8317, WA#1 for Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. on the amount of $10,966.34 for North Seminary Drainage Project, Pct.4. PO#622490
B. Approval of invoice #3361 WA#1 for R. Gutierrez Engineering Corp. on the amount of $18,477.60 for Rural Drainage Development Program, Pct.2 PO#622585
C. Approval of invoices for L&G Consulting Engineers Inc:
