NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 1 A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by COMMISSIONER, PCT. 2 HECTOR PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote to approve the Drainage District Consent Agenda.
Vote: 3 - 0 Unanimously
Military Highway Water Supply Corp. - propose to relocate 12" waterline Aerial Crossing, crossing HCDD1 ROW at Border and Alamo Expressway.
2013 BOND SERIES:
Approval of invoice #3374 WA#1 for R Gutierrez Engineering Corp in the amount of $50,169.26 for Rural Drainage Development Project. PO#622585.
Approval of invoice #20131584 WA#3 for TEDSI Infrastructure Group in the amount of $102,000.00 for Flood Pumps, Pct1

B. Approval of line item transfer from 2013 Bond Series to cover professional appraisal services as approved by BOD on 06-25-13 & 07-30-13.
