NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 2, HECTOR “TITO” PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, JOE M. FLORES , the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval for the exception of Item 5 to be pulled for discussion.

Approval for TEDSI Infrastructure Group for the following invoices:
invoice #20131788 WA#15 for SH 68 in the amount of $27,924.39 PO#623261.
Mr. Godfrey Garza clarified the invoice should have read #20131783 instead of invoice #20131788.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 1, A.C. CUELLAR, JR. , the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.

A. Approval of invoice #20131788 WA#5 for TEDSI Infrastructure Group for Precinct 1 Drainage Imp in the amount of $8,639.41, PO#623010.
B. Approval of invoice #11324738 WA#2 for L&G Engineering for La Joya Watershed Improvement Project in the amount of $43,226.88, PO#622697.
