NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 1, A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 4 - 0 - Unanimously
Commissioner Hector "Tito" Palacios was not present for the vote.
B. Bond Series-Payments
(1) 2008 Bond Series:

No. 20141802 in the amount of $17,885.03 for Tedsi Infrastructure Group related to Work Authorization No. 5-Review of Plans & Coordination of Updates on Bond Projects Services for Pct.1 and/or Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 from Agreement for Professional Services for the Master Drainage System Phase II Design & Expansion of the Later Drain System.

No. 20141806 in the amount of $44,092.53 for Tedsi Infrastructure Group related to Work Authorization No. 8-Lower Rio Grande Valley Regional Water Management Program (Formerly Delta Watershed Project)-General Management Consultant Services from Agreement for Professional Services for Pct.1 2012 Bond Referendum Improvement Projects.
Inv. No. 20141805 in the amount of $19,235.04 for Tedsi Infrastructure Group related to Work Authorization No. 7-Rural Drainage Improvements to Spanish Palms Subdivision Outfall from Agreement for Professional Services for Pct.1 2012 Bond Referendum Improvement Projects.
Invoice no. 11324762 in the amount of $7,622.28 for L&G Consulting Engineers, Inc. related to Work Authorization No. 1-Hydraulic Analysis & Modeling, Analysis of Existing Drainage Areas & Watersheds of the La Joya Watershed Improvement Project-Rural Drainage Development from Agreement for Professional Engineering Services for the La Joya Watershed Improvement Project.
