NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
The Court moved to approve the Consent Agenda.
On motion by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 1, A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously
City of Weslaco - Border Avenue Project (Outfall 1: Bridge Crossing subdivision Phase I)

Request approval to issue payment on the following items after review and audit procedures are complete:
A. Inv. no. 3794 in the amount of $1,890.33 from R. Gutierrez Engineering for Construction Material Testing for FM 495-Wisconsin Rd Field Crossing. PO#625107.
B. Inv. no. 3795 in the amount of $601.43 from R. Gutierrez Engineering related to Work Authorization No. 3-Construction Material Testing for Pct.2 Rural Drainage Development for Northside Village, Hidden Valley Estates, Minnesota Meadows & Seminole Valley. PO#624631-R.
