BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 23rd day of February A.D., 2016, there was begun and held a SPECIAL MEETING of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Drainage projects, maintenance and operations
Mr. Sesin informed the members about an upcoming presentation he is preparing for the board. The presentation will be an overview of the bond projects they been working on with precinct 2, and some of the completed bond projects.

Discussing, acceptance and action in connection with proposed Amendment #3 to the existing Letter of Engagement with Hon. Michael Lee, Lee Law Firm for: Further Investigations into Conflicts of Interest by and through, The District Manager, Integ Corporation [Godfrey Garza, Jr., President].
Mr. Sesin reminded the members that this is an extension of the current agreement in place. He stated that there’s a timeframe required by law into completing the investigation. The prose work is being done and it mirrors the current agreement they have in place. Therefore, this would amend the current agreement and allow them to continue in that matter.
On motion by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 1, A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 4 - 0 – Unanimously
