NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 1, A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.

Request approval of Invoice No. 20152541-A in the amount of $6,695.67 to Tedsi Infrastructure for services through September 30, 2015 for Basic Engineering services related to this project.
Request approval of Invoice 0316112800 in the amount of $14,330.31 payable to Urban Infrastructure Group, Inc. for Engineering services of preliminary, final design, construction bidding documents, and surveying for this Project. P.O. 's 628833 and 628828; Work Authorization No.'s 1 and 2 respectively.
Request approval of Invoice No. 20162676 to Tedsi Infrastructure Group in the amount of $2,085 for Professional services relating Legal services provided by Beatty Bangle Strama, P.C. through Work Authorization No.12, P.O. 623665.
