BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 12th day of April A.D., 2016, there was begun and held a SPECIAL MEETING of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Drainage projects, maintenance and operations
Mr. Sesin informed the members of the presentation they made to the City of McAllen in regards to the Bond Projects. The district brief the city in regards to the J-09 Project, as well as the joined work they're doing with the developer at the Tres Lagos site. The Drainage District is working on the extension of the J-09 drain that will pass through the Tres Lagos development.
At the meeting they also discussed the the airport expansion, the Mission-Inlet Project and how to accommodate the future expansion. Mr. Sesin informed that Commissioner Cantu was present at the meeting.
In regards to the close session item, Mr. Sesin requested to postpone until next.
