BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 17th day of May A.D., 2016, there was begun and held a SPECIAL MEETING of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Drainage projects, maintenance and operations
Mr. Sesin briefed the court in regards to the presentation the drainage director gave at the TML Conference.
The drainage director spoke about a collaboration of GLO projects in precinct 4 along with Urban County, the project will benefit over 700 families. They will have a ground breaking ceremony May 18, 2016 at the Sugarland Subdivision in Edinburg, Texas.
Board Member Joe M. Flores stepped away from the meeting.
