BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 26th day of July A.D., 2016, there was begun and held a SPECIAL MEETING of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Drainage projects, maintenance and operations
Commissioner Cantu joined the meeting.
Mr. Sesin updated the court in regards to the improvements they've worked on for the Drainage District website. Including, several meeting they've held with several leaders that help the rural development. The drainage director emphasized on the importance of accomplishing all bond projects.

Discussion, consideration and action, to enter into a 36 month lease agreement with DELL Inc., through the District's membership with the Texas Department of Information Resources DIR Contract No. DIR-SDD-1951 for the lease and technical support of (4) Dell Precision Workstations T5810 desktop computers and (14) Optiplex 5040 MT desktop computers in the amount of $923.08 per month.
On motion by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 1, A.C. CUELLAR, JR., seconded by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 2, EDUARDO “EDDIE” CANTU, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
