1) Fern McClaugherty informed the court about a meeting the O.W.L.S and members of the Tea Party attended, the meeting was being held by Priest Jerry Frank. According to Mrs. McClarugherty, the priest did not allowing anyone opposing the health district to speak.
2) Virginia Townsand claimed that the health district will only benefit the people from northern Mexico.
3) Opal Billman stated that homes and businesses have been built in the land belonging to Joe Billman and herself. She petitioned these building be remove. Further, declaring that the 275th District Court determined the land to be excess land with no value.
4) Pedro Ayala invited the court members to attend an event at the Museum of South Texas History on October 4, 2016. The event will focus on the preservation of the Valley's history.
