BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 13th day of September A.D., 2016, there was begun and held a SPECIAL MEETING of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Discussion on Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Drainage projects, maintenance and operations
Mr. Sesin cleared the figure regarding the current projects the district is working on. The director affirmed they have 59 ongoing projects, 26 bond projects. These projects include partnerships with different cities to upgrade the drainage system.
They're also working on conducting the Raymondiville Drain project. At the moment they're looking for funding to get it going and get the few first segments constructed. The director is also hoping to get the current segments cleaned up to have an outfall before building a 100 year design they'll start with a 25 year.
