NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Drainage District #1 Board of Directors will be held at the Edinburg Council Chambers 415 W. University Drive, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
On motion by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 3, JOE M. FLORES, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 5 - 0 – Unanimously
Valley Crossing Pipeline, LLC propose one (1) 48 inch pipeline to go through Lot Number 1, Lot 8, and the East one-half of Lot Number 2, Section 22, and Lot 9 Section 22 of Santa Rosa Subdivision, Willacy County crossing HCDD1's Main Flood Water Channel.
Valley Crossing Pipeline, LLC propose to install one-2 inch fiber optic line on Lot No. 1, Lot No. 8, and the East one-half of Lot No. 2, Section 22, Santa Rosa Subdivision, Willacy County, Texas crossing HCDD1's Main Flood Water Channel.
A. Request approval of invoice number U9444.103/812-20A in the amount of $8,052 to S & B Infrastructure, LTD for Engineering services thru January 28, 2017 related to Planning Schematic Willacy County, Work Authorization No. 17, Purchase Order No. 626525.
B. Request approval of invoice number U9444.103/812-20B in the amount of $15,682 to S & B Infrastructure LTD for Engineering services thru January 28, 2017 related to Geotechnical and Preliminary ROW and Utilities - Hidalgo County, Work Authorization No. 16, Purchase Order No. 623918.
2013 Bond Series - Mission Inlet recertification Project
C. Request approval of invoice number 11326282 in the amount of $10,031.44 to L & G Consulting Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the month of April, related to PS&E Development, Utility coordination, Scour-Erosion report, and meetings and coordination with HCDD#1 and TxDOT, Work Authorization No. 6, P.O. Number 629786.
