NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

1. Discussion, consideration, and action on Order creating Precinct 5 Justice of the Peace Place 1, and Precinct 5 Constable.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 1, DAVID FUENTES, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 4 - 0 - Unanimously
The judge disclosed that Commissioner Precinct 3, Joe M. Flores is in favor of this item.
Court proceeded to Item.5.
2. Discussion and approval of recommended changes to Justice of the Peace and Constable Precinct boundaries under Article 5, Section 18 of the Texas Constitution due to the creation of Precinct 5 Justice of the Peace, Place 1, and Precinct 5 Constable.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 1, DAVID FUENTES, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.

Judge Garcia informed that as per Commissioner Joe M. Flores if he was present at the meeting he would be voting in favor.
