NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Pursuant to current Master Agreement for Mutual Aid, Article 6 and Texas Government Code 418.109(d) requesting authority to render aid to another local government entity requesting assistance to the County Judge while acting in accordance with Hidalgo County's Emergency Action Plan - Disaster Declaration areas affected by Hurricane Harvey.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, JOSEPH PALACIOS, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, JOE M. FLORES, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
