Ricardo Saldaña disclosed they were contacted by The Texas Emergency Management to provide assistance in Aransas County. The county had in its possession two air curtains, they sent out staff to assist with the debris affecting State Highway 35. Louie Garza from precinct 4 and Victor Alegria from precinct 1 were dispatched to assist with the burning of debris. Saldaña said the Aransas county judge was very appreciative of all the support provided. The chief acknowledged all the work done by Martin Garza in coordinating the arraignments.

Yvonne Ramon reported on the first 2 days of early voting, and reminded the court that last year they acquired 1,100 votes during early voting. Yesterday, they received over 2,800 votes which includes the special election in Hidalgo. The election annex received almost 1,000 votes, Donna Recreation Center had 350 votes, Stg. Fernando De La Rosa Library counted 300 votes, along with La Joya. Ramon encouraged citizens to get familiarized with the seven constitutional amendments.
The elections administrator complimented election judges, clerks and staff for conducting the new machines in a effortless manner.
