Martha Salazar informed the court that they are placing these four items because they're trying to be proactive with the invoices for the year. The invoice for Item.(1) Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts was received and attached last night. The rest of the items are due on March, April and October, however, based on the historic payments, they leave requisitions pending until they obtain the invoice and then create the purchasing order to pay.

Approval of 2019 interfund transfer in the amount of $10,000.00 from Pct 1 R&B (Fund 1200) into TXDOT Pct 1 US83 Illumination (Fund 1315) to fund anticipated expenditures.

Martha Salazar explained that Items.14.R and 14.Z. are public purpose requests which the auditor's office is requesting to be placed under regular agenda since it's requesting the court a public purpose. Further, Salazar indicated that the auditor's office wants to take these items individually or under regular agenda.
Salazar recommended the court approving the Items.14.R. and 14.Z. separately.
Judge Cortez and Steve Crain suggested approval of the items to be taken together.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 1, DAVID FUENTES, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, JOE M. FLORES, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval on Consent Agenda Items. 14.R. and 14.Z.
