NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

CONSENT AGENDA
The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Drainage District #1 Board has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Board Member, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. The remaining items will be adopted by one vote.
The court moved to approve the entire consent agenda.
On motion by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 3, JOE M. FLORES, seconded by BOARD MEMBER PCT. 1, DAVID FUENTES, the Board made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval.
Vote: 4 - 0 – Unanimously

2.) One (1) Ricoh IMC4500 Copier- $281.30 per month
3.) One (1) Ricoh MPC8003 Copier- $599.16 per month
4.) One (1) Ricoh MPC8003 Copier- $625.41 per month
5.) One (1) Ricoh MPC8003 Copier- $563.48 per month
Price Components Include: Equipment, Delivery, Installation, Operator Training, Maintenance, Toner, Staples and Service.
No additional charges for parts or labor. (Subject to compliance with HB1295).
