NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. This grant supports children with incarcerated parents. It provides mentoring and counseling for these children. The grant will be for $500,000 spread out over a 3 year period.
