NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

There was one Open Forum participant, in which Mary Romero expressed her gratitude towards Commissioner Torres, Raul Sesin, and other individuals for the ongoing drainage project in her colonia. Ms. Romero also extended an invitation to the upcoming Cesar Chavez March that will be taking place March 28,2020 at the San Juan Municiple Park.
There was one Open Forum participant, in which Mary Romero expressed her gratitude towards Commissioner Torres, Raul Sesin, and other individuals for the ongoing drainage project in her colonia. Ms. Romero also extended an invitation to the upcoming Cesar Chavez March that will be taking place March 28,2020 at the San Juan Municiple Park.

Raul Sesin stated that Assistant Secretary for Housing, Commissioner Brian Montgomery and staff members of G.L.O visited the County and were able to see first hand Hidalgo County's infrastructure and ongoing projects. In adding to Mr. Sesins statements Commissioner Fuentes stated that overall the meeting with Mr. Montgomery was productive and essential to be able to communicate and demonstrate the needs of Hidalgo County.
No action was taken on item 5.A.
