1.) Discussion and possible action Regarding the submittal of project(s) to the Texas Water Development Board Flood Infrastructure Fund Intended Use Plan. (Audio Reference 05m:31s)
Raul Sesin stated that they have 5 established areas that have been identified in the district, and would like for the board to consider granting the authority for himself to draft the application and submit the plans needed before the June 15, 2020 deadline.
Commissioner Fuentes asked if these submissions would be based off of a final ranking, in which Mr. Sesin confirmed. Commissioner Fuentes agreed to approval subject to at least one or all project submissions are via the grant application process.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 1, DAVID FUENTES, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, JOE M. FLORES, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval on item 5.B.1. subject to stated recommendations.

Commissioner Cantu called the Drainage District meeting back to order at 1:35 P.M.
Valde Guerra stated that the Group Dismissal extension dates, which would be from April 27,2020 to May 8,2020.
