According to Fern McClaugherty, she expressed her concerns on the local hospitals decision to aid individuals with the COVID-19 virus though they are not residents of Hidalgo County. Ms. McClaugherty also requested a moment of silence for Frank R. Garza, who passed away due to the COVID-19 virus.
No action was taken on item 5 - Open Forum.
