NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a REGULAR MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
In accordance with section 418.016 of the Texas Government Code, Governor Abbott has suspended various provisions that require government officials and members of the public to be physically present at a specified meeting location. As a result, all or some government officials may participate via video conference. Additionally, members of the public are encouraged to watch the meetings online, at: www.hidalgocounty.us/HClive

Judge Cortez called the meeting to order at 1:45 P.M.
All members of the board were present during the roll call.
Drainage District No.1's Operations Manager, Jaime Salazar, offered the prayer.
There were no Open Forum participants.
The board proceeded to the approval of the Consent Agenda.
Operations Manager, Jaime Salazar, stated the appointees as follows:

Dr. Francisco Guajardo, Ann Cass, Yara Corbitt, Dr. Antonio Uresti, Joe Phillips, Moe Lopez, Daniel Diaz, and Mike Perez.
Pct.1's Appointees:
Richard Vos, Danny Guzman, Craig Gonzalez, Alejandro Livas, Mayor Oscar Montoya, and Javier Guerrero
Pct.2's Appointees:
Omar Anzaldua, Ben Arjona, Yvette Barrera, and Hilda Salinas
Pct.3's Appointees:

On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, EVERARDO “EVER” VILLARREAL, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, ELLIE TORRES, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval on item 5.A, as presented.
Vote: 5 - 0 – Unanimously
Pharr-McAllen Drain-Budget 531:
1. Acceptance of Certificate of Substantial Completion from Mor-Wil, LLC. pertaining to Construction Contract No. HCDD1-19-002-01-09 Pharr-McAllen Drain
2. Application of Payment No. 5 in the amount of $287,168.93 from Mor-Wil, LLC. pertaining to Construction Contract No. HCDD1-19-002-01-09 Pharr-McAllen Drain. Project Engineer: Jose N. Saldivar, P.E. PO#637637-20
3. Acceptance of Certificate of Construction Completion from Mor-Wil, LLC pertaining to Construction Contract No. HCDD1-19-002-01-09 Pharr-McAllen Drain.

On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 4, ELLIE TORRES, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 2, EDUARDO “EDDIE” CANTU, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval on item 6.A.1 through 4.
