BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 21st day of September A.D., 2021, there was begun and held a WORKSHOP of the Honorable Commissioners’ Court of Hidalgo County, Texas, wherein the following members thereof were present, to-wit:

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Administration Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:

Judge Cortez called the Workshop to order at 11:11 A.M.
All members of the Court were present during the roll call.
The Court recessed the Workshop to resume back to the Regular Commissioners Court Agenda with a vote of approval at 11:11 A.M. (Audio Reference 1h:04m 53s)
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, EVERARDO “EVER” VILLARREAL, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 2, EDUARDO “EDDIE” CANTU, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval to recess the Workshop.
Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously
The Court reconvened the Workshop at 2:42 P.M. with a vote of approval. (Audio Reference 2h:34m 54s)
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, EVERARDO “EVER” VILLARREAL, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 2, EDUARDO “EDDIE” CANTU, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval to reconvene the Workshop.
Vote: 4 - 0 - Unanimously
The Court proceeded to agenda item 3 - Adjournment (Audio Reference 2h:35m 09s)
Judge Cortez called the Workshop to order at 11:11 A.M.
All members of the Court were present during the roll call.
