The following items are of a routine or administrative nature. The Commissioners Court has been furnished with background and support on each item, and/or it has been discussed at a previous meeting. All items will be acted upon by one vote without being discussed separately unless requested by a Court Commissioner, in which event the item or items will immediately be withdrawn for individual consideration in its normal sequence after the items not requiring separate discussion have been acted upon. County Executive Officer, Valde Guerra, requested that Consent Agenda items 10.A.1 and 10.A.2 be pulled for further discussion.
The Court proceeded with a vote of approval for the remaining Consent Agenda items.
On motion by COMMISSIONER PCT. 2, EDUARDO “EDDIE” CANTU, seconded by COMMISSIONER PCT. 3, EVERARDO “EVER” VILLARREAL, the Court made a UNANIMOUS vote of approval for the Consent Agenda, except Consent Agenda items 10.A.1 and 10.A.2.
