Public participant, Fern McClaugherty came before the Court to request clarification on why the County was a participant of the Interlocal Agreement and why they stopped participating. Judge Cortez, stated that this was an action taken on April 5, 2016 where the City of McAllen exchanged property in order to be able to build the Texas A&M Center, and that his was just a ratification of the action taken back on April 5. 2016.

Public participant, Fern McClaugherty came before the Court to request clarification on why the County was a participant of the Interlocal Agreement and why they stopped participating. Judge Cortez, stated that this was an action taken on April 5, 2016 where the City of McAllen exchanged property in order to be able to build the Texas A&M Center, and that his was just a ratification of the action taken back on April 5. 2016.
