NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 551.045 (b)(1) (media has been contacted), Texas Government Code, that an EMERGENCY MEETING of the Commissioners Court will be held due to Central Texas Flooding Event and Governor Abbott's severe weather and flooding emergency declaration on July 5, 2025 which continues to pose an imminent threat to the public health, safety and well-being of the citizens of Central Texas Counties, will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Courthouse Annex III Building, 100 E. Cano, 1st floor, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. Discussion and possible action relating to the following business will be transacted:
