Acknowledge receipt of official canvass, per Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 16-642(B), submitted by the Pine-Strawberry Fire District governing board of its November 4, 2025, election to the Board of Supervisors.

A.R.S. § 16-642 (B) states, "The governing body of a special district as defined in title 48 shall present to the board of supervisors a certified copy of the official canvass of the election at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the board of supervisors.  For purposes of contesting a special district election as described in section 16-673, the canvass is not complete until the presentation to the board of supervisors is made."

The  Pine-Strawberry Fire District governing board has complied with A.R.S. §.16-642 (B) by submitting a certified copy of the official canvass of its November 4, 2025, governing board member election.

In compliance with A.R.S. § 16-642 (B), the Pine-Strawberry Fire District has presented to the Board of Supervisors a certified copy of the election canvass of its November 4, 2025, governing board member election.

The Gila County Elections Department Director recommends that the Gila County Board of Supervisors acknowledge the election results.

The Elections Department Director recommends that the Board of Supervisors acknowledge receipt of a certified copy of the official canvass of the Pine-Strawberry Fire District's November 4, 2025, election in compliance with A.R.S. § 16-642 (B).
