Dedication of two (2) Water Meter and Water Line Easements; and a Public Utility and Sidewalk Easement required for Hancock at Canyon Trails Development located northwest of Cotton Lane and Canyon Trails Boulevard.

Accept the dedication of two Water Meter and Water Line Easements; and a Public Utility and Sidewalk Easement associated with the Hancock Canyon Trails Development from DT BTR CTS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. (Linda Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
 

There will be no fiscal impact to the city in the fiscal year 2022 or future years related to the acceptance of the easements.

Hancock Communities is in the process of developing the Hancock at Canyon Trails property located at the northwest corner of Cotton Lane and Cotton Trails Boulevard.   The construction plans for the development have been reviewed by the city staff and the landowner, DT BTR CTS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, must dedicate two (2) Water Meter and Water Lines Easements for the placement of their water meters within the development, as well as a Public Utility and Sidewalk along the east side of 173rd Avenue.
 

The developers of the Hancock at Canyon Trails property are required to construct the water lines for the development and to have water meters installed at the locations which have been approved by the city.  In addition, the developers are required to provide a Public Utility and Sidewalk Easement along 173rd Avenue.  DT BTR CTS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, has provided the attached Water Meter and Water Line Easements and the Public Utility and Sidewalk Easement.
