Summary
Staff will present on the funding of the Capital Improvement Program and request direction regarding the Citizen Bond Exploratory Committee. (Jared Askelson, Deputy Finance Director)

BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
On August 29, 2022, the Citizen Bond Exploratory Committee was formed by Council action. The Committee consisting of citizen and stakeholder volunteers will bring forward a recommendation to Council regarding a potential bond authorization election in November 2023. The Committee will provide their recommendations to Council in May 2023.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff will provide information about the current funding of the Capital Improvement Program, upcoming master plans, and bonds. Staff is seeking direction regarding details of the Citizen Bond Exploratory Committee.
