BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
At a worksession on April 4, 2022, City Council received a presentation from Home Arizona on the greater Phoenix area housing market. City Council provided direction to conduct a future worksession to discuss solutions for addressing housing affordability concerns.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff will provide information about the current status of housing development in Goodyear, the development review process, and proposals for improvements to the development review process. Staff is seeking policy direction from City Council.
