SUMMARY
Authorize budgeted expenditures of $500,000 or more for routine operating expenses for items such as utilities, fuel, insurance, landscape maintenance, trash collection, telecommunication & data, debt service, custodial services, vehicles, and revenue collection-based payments made under development agreements for FY2025.

RECOMMENDATION

FISCAL IMPACT
The FY2025 adopted budget includes appropriations for the listed expenses in various funds and departments.
BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
Per resolution 08-1255 all budgeted expenditures of $500,000 or more must obtain council approval prior to issuance of a purchase order, change order, or notice to proceed.
The FY2025 adopted budget will include appropriations for ongoing operating expenses used by city departments to conduct daily business, purchase new and replacement vehicles, and payment for developer agreement reimbursements.
