SUMMARY
Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) requires that the City Council annually designate the Chief Fiscal Officer (CFO) for the purposes of filing the annual expenditure limit report. This resolution names Doug Sandstrom, Finance Director, as the designee for FY2022.
Recommendation
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2021–2158 DESIGNATING THE CHIEF FISCAL OFFICER FOR OFFICIALLY SUBMITTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2022 EXPENDITURE LIMITATION REPORT TO THE ARIZONA AUDITOR GENERAL. (Doug Sandstrom, Finance Director)
