BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
Staff issued RFP (C-0058-23) in February 2023 for consultant services to study the market feasibility of a hotel and conference center at GSQ. Hunden Strategic Partners was selected from a group of multiple applicants and initiated work in March 2023. The study was completed in August 2023.
STAFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the recommendations provided by the consultant and are seeking Council direction or feedback.
