RECOMMENDATION
ADOPT RESOLUTION 2023-2369, DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 2023; DECLARING THE RESULTS ON THE BOND QUESTIONS; ADOPTING THIS RESOLUTION AS A CERTIFICATE OF THE RESULT; ORDERING THE INDEBTEDNESS AUTHORIZED THEREBY; AND ORDERING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THIS RESOLUTION. On May 22, 2023, City Council called for a Special Election and referred three questions regarding bonds to the voters. The Special Election took place on November 7, 2023.
