SUMMARY
Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) requires that the City Council annually designate the Chief Fiscal Officer (CFO) for the purposes of filing the annual expenditure limit report. This resolution names Jared Askelson, Interim Finance Director, as the designee for the remainder of FY2024. This resolution repeals Resolution No. 2023-2310.
