SUMMARY
Arizona Revised Statutes §41-1279.07(E) requires that the City Council annually designate the Chief Fiscal Officer (CFO) for the purposes of filing the annual expenditure limit report. This resolution names Jared Askelson, Finance Director, as the designee for FY2023. This resolution repeals Resolution No. 2022-2245, which designated former City of Goodyear Finance Director, Doug Sandstrom, as the City's Chief Fiscal Officer.
