RECOMMENDATION
ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-2493 APPROVING AND ADOPTING MODIFICATIONS TO THE CITY OF GOODYEAR MUNICIPAL USER FEE SCHEDULE ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2025-2467 AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. (Michael Shoemaker, Interim Finance Director)
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact from the proposed modifications to the fee schedule. The changes will modify fee language to further clarify the calculation of fees. These modifications do not change the fee calculation or amount charged.
BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
On May 19, 2025, the Mayor and City Council of the city of Goodyear approved Resolution No. 2025-2467, approving and adopting a document entitled the Goodyear Municipal User Fee Schedule, with an effective date of July 1, 2025.
Per A.R.S. §9-499.15, all proposed fee changes were noticed on the city of Goodyear website on September 26, 2025, complying with all required notification procedures.

STAFF ANALYSIS
The proposed modifications are intended to provide clarity in the calculation of Building and Engineering fees B9, B109, E85, E88 and E100, to avoid possible confusion or discrepancy. Resolution No. 2025-2493 with Exhibit is included as Attachment A.
