Approve the attached recommendations of the Council Subcommittee: Boards, Commissions and Committees.

Approve the appointments and reappointments to the Boards, Commissions and Committees. (Darcie McCracken, City Clerk)

There is no direct budget impact associated with these appointments.
BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS
The City Council Subcommittee: Boards, Commissions and Committees met on June 28, 2021 to review applications and make recommendations for appointments and reappointments to the Arts and Culture Commission, Public Improvement Corporation, Industrial Development Authority, Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board, Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission and the Youth Commission.
The Police Department held an election to fill the expiring term of one of the Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board members. Joe Perry received the majority of votes and his selection by the sworn officers will need to be ratified by the City Council.
Loyalty oaths will be administered at the appointees respective committee meetings.
