Accept the dedication of three Public Utility and Sidewalk Easements along the west side of Minnezona Avenue from Cotton Lane to Indian School Road required for the development along Minnezona Avenue.

Authorize the acceptance of the dedications of the Public Utility and Sidewalk Easements attached hereto from Liberty Property Limited Partnership, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, Amazon.com Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and Rados Properties-Indian School LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. There will be no fiscal impact to the city in the fiscal year 2022 or future years related to the acceptance of the easements.

In October 2010, the City Council accepted the special warranty deed for the dedication of Minnezona Avenue. Minnezona Avenue has been constructed as part of the recent development. 

In connection with the development of the property north of Indian School Road, and west of Cotton Lane (the "Property"), the city is requiring the dedication of the public utility and sidewalk easements (“PUSEs”) to the section of Minnezona Avenue located along the east side of the Property. These PUSE’s will provide a location for the public utilities and sidewalks along Minnezona Avenue which are required for the development of the Property.
