Acceptance of an Emergency/Government Services Access Easement to provide access to a new lot within the Compass Datacenters development located at the northwest corner of Yuma Road and Bullard Avenue.

There will be no fiscal impact to the City in the fiscal year 2022 or future years with the acceptance of this easement.

Compass Datacenters PHX I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Compass”) has submitted a Minor Land Division of Parcel 1 Compass Datacenters-PHX I (“MLD”).  This MLD will split the existing Parcel 1 creating a new lot, which is described as (“Lot 1”).  Lot 1 is not adjacent to an existing roadway, which would create a landlocked property.   City staff has required Compass to provide an easement for access and utilities to benefit Lot 1 and to provide the city with an Emergency/Government Services Access Easement to allow the city and other emergency and government services providers to access the proposed Lot 1.
