BACKGROUND AND PREVIOUS ACTIONS

The Grayson Place Apartments project is a 15.5-acre multi-family residential development located within the Pebble Creek Marketplace, which is currently under construction.  As part of the development process, an Emergency Services Access Easement is required in order to provide a secondary emergency access route from the easterly side of the project.

The remainder of the easement area will be dedicated at a future date(s) by the owners of the Grayson Place Apartments.
